What if each of us took on the tasks that he/she is particularly good at – and, above all, the ones that he/she really feels like doing? Would the challenges of this world then be much easier to solve?

Once that thought first presented itself in my head it began to settle and kept on nagging me for months – until one day I sat down and a corresponding organizational system flowed from my pen.

Imagine that we live and work in an organizational system that ...

My vision is a system that is strong and flexible enough to adapt to new requirements over and over again. Thereby, everyone does the thing he does really well, and which makes him happy. Together, new solutions are found, and the values and goals defined are also good for our children and grandchildren.

Once introduced, the system continues to progress on its own like a living organism. It develops along with the people who come together and get involved within it. Economic success, as well as social and human issues go hand in hand.

In this way, a culture of humanity and love grows, in which people can discover and live out their enormous potential. Technology, science, people and the planet with all its living beings come together in a harmonious whole. Everyone puts in as much as they want. Everyone takes out what they need. Mutual support and happiness determine daily life.
